A culture of inclusion, diversity, equity, and access, what we call the I.D.E.A. Mindset, is core to who we are and what we do every day. And it’s embedded in our company expectations at all levels, from intern to executive.

What is an I.D.E.A. Mindset?

Having an I.D.E.A. Mindset means digging deeper, asking tough questions, and taking thoughtful action to address historical inequities and create more equitable and inclusive outcomes. It means fostering a culture where all identities, voices and experiences are included, heard, and celebrated. And it means continual reflection and evolution to meet the changing needs of our people, our industry, and our world.

Applying an I.D.E.A. Mindset means we call people in, design our work with everyone in mind, take collective action to live our values, and partner with our communities to create a more equitable future - together.

Our Corporate Commitment to I.D.E.A.

Inclusion, diversity, equity, and access are explicitly recognized as fundamental parts of our organizational culture. We pledge to be intentional about addressing and mitigating the impact of biases in all that we do, such as in hiring practices, promotions, access to development opportunities, and building relationships with diverse suppliers.

We aim to level the playing field and create spaces for all people to feel valued, seen, and empowered regardless of any aspect that makes them unique. This includes race, religion, color, age, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic disposition, neurodiversity, disability, veteran status, and any other protected categories under federal, state, or local law.
