Excellus BlueCross BlueShield recognized for highest Medicare Advantage Customer Satisfaction by J.D. Power

For the third year in a row, Excellus BlueCross BlueShield has been recognized by J.D. Power, earning #1 in Member Satisfaction among Medicare Advantage Plans in New York. The recognition was published as a part of the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Medicare Advantage StudySM based on the responses of 10,888 members of Medicare Advantage plans in 10 market-based U.S. regions.  

This distinction reflects Excellus BCBS’ commitment to providing members high quality health care that is as affordable and accessible as possible. The health plan is honored to be recognized by J.D. Power for its efforts to provide members with exceptional and dependable services. 

The U.S. Medicare Advantage Study, now in its 11th year, measures member satisfaction with Medicare Advantage plans—also known as Medicare Part C or Part D—based on eight factors. According to members, Excellus BCBS ranked highest at:   
•    Product/Coverage offerings meet my needs
•    Resolving problems or complaints
•    Able to get health services how/when I want
•    People
•    Level of trust
•    Ease of doing business
